Oh, I thought you were being clever and doing a literal translation of the phrase "bo ba nai cha". bo ba is also slang for big knockers
[edit: just looked it up and apparently the bo ba refers to the tapioca balls. Never quite understood why it's called bo ba nai cha though, even knowing the slang meaning of bo ba]
