Authentic Italian Showcase

Do you love Italian food? Do you miss authentic northern Italian cuisine? Howard Prince Hotel Taichung is hosting an Italian Showcase for 11 days, by partnering with IFSE culinary school from the Piemonte region of Italy. The Executive Chef Piero Rainone will be introducing the concept of "Food Fashion" for the first time to Taiwan! All food events are amazing. I've attended the Cooking Show and had dinner at the buffet. Sooooo yummy! It brings me back to my trip to Europe and my past few years of living in the US. So authentic, innovative and visually impactful! You can find pictures & details on the Howard Hotel Taichung Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/howardtc), or their official website.

Italian Showcase is from 11/4-11/14. You don't want to miss it!

What is food fashion?
“Everywhere else in the world is also really old” said Prof. Liu, a renowned historian at Beijing University. “We always learn that China has 5000 years of cultural heritage, and that therefore we are very special. It appears that other places also have some of this heritage stuff. And are also old. Like, really old.”
