Not sure how well this festival has been promoted in Kaohsiung but I figured it's worth reposting here. The line-up is very decent and I'm contemplating coming from Taipei to check it out.
It's a 3-Day Festival (10/8-10) which includes bands like The Wailers (yep, coming from the States!), 9mm Parabellum Bullet (from Japan), Les Tambours de Brazza (from France) and a bunch of Taiwan's best indie/rock/hip-hop and pop artists.
