Pasta in Tainan

Hello,

I'm traveling down to Tainan next weekend for the Marathon and need to find a restaurant for my pre-race carbo load. Anyone have any suggestions? Just looking for simple pasta with red sauce. My other option is to just bring a box of spaghetti and jar of sauce and ask the local noodle shop (or kitchen in the hotel) to boil it up for me.
