Flight Guardian Needed! We are looking for someone who can take one of our rescued dogs to Washington DC where our partner organizations CARE will be finding Xiao Hei a home. We are looking for those travelling on either China Airlines or EVA Air (as United Airlines doesn't take pets as checked baggage).
