Edit: I think I should say 8 weeks. Seems 4 weeks is too young. I saw a post of somebody who had a ginger kitty called Beanie and its eyes were still blue!
I would like to adopt a kitten but I am a little concerned about health when rescuing from shelters. I have heard some horror stories of people adopting cats and dogs from rescue organizations and they have terrible health problems. While I am completely willing to care for the problems my elderly cats will likely have in the future, I really would like to adopt a healthy kitten.
I have two adults (about 8 years old). They are finding it hard to get used to an indoors life, so I want to get a kitten that is energetic for playing and that will only be used to indoors to give them some indoor excitement.
I found my Violet Kitty and Cinnamon Kitty on Forumosa and they're looking for a fluffy friend.

These are not shelters, but knowing Taiwanese people, might soon be if noone takes them :/ I got my cat adopted through one of these websites, got it free with the gear. Very happy! They tend to be without health problems too.
Apparently if you separate kittens from mother too early (before 6th week) they won't learn many important life lessons, such as using litter box properly, or not using claws while play, etc. That is why it's better to adopt after 6th week.
Anyway, here are some kittens I think might match you:

I know it's in Chinese, I use google translate at first, then if I think this is it I get a Taiwanese friend to help me contact with the current owner.
Hope it helps!
(ps. I assumed you're from Taipei and looked only in that area)
