How can one go about obtaining a Criminal Record Check Certificate for their time living in Taiwan after they have actually left Taiwan?
Will any of the TECO offices abroad assist with performing these checks? Can someone who has lived in Taiwan in the past obtain a Taiwan Criminal Record Check from a TECO office or must they return to Taiwan and obtain the certificate from the Taiwanese Police?

I'm in Vietnam - I'd also be grateful for suggestions on how to obtain one of these. (Just discovered I need them from UK; Russia; Oz; Tw AND Vietnam...why did I decide to travel
