This is kind of cool.

Taiwan sword-maker Kuo Chang-hsi poses with his first foreign protege Gene Wrathall of the U.K. Feb. 7 in Kaohsiung. Wrathall, who collects swords, said he flew to Taiwan in mid-January to learn the art of sword making.

It appears that other places also have some of this heritage stuff. And are also old. Like, really old.”
