God how irritating is she? I mean pretty but absolutely brain dead!

Anyway I was searching for a Hello Kitty thread to post a question in and yours will suffice Tommy.

Hello Kitty was launched in 1976 - I know this because my wife (bless her) continually tells me so when I question whether we need so much Hello Kitty stuff in the house - but they were born in the same year and thus must be sould mates or something.

Anyway on to my question - in HK 7-11 are running a 35th Birthday campaign for Hello Kitty - how is this possible?

I'm guessing that they will run this through Chinese New Year and that HK may then be 35 under Chinese rules - could that work? Or is this just a blatant lie by the 7-11 guys to sell more coke and condoms?
