The only Orthodox church in Taiwan is Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, in Xindian. Its priest is Fr. Jonah, a heiromonk of Mt. Athos. I believe they have a group in Taizhong (with a reader, but no priest, unless Fr. Jonah visits) but not Tainan. Anyway, check with them:

Here's another Orthodox Church in Taipei that opened recently. They have services in Chinese, Russian, and English.

Who looks out with my eyes? What is the soul?
I cannot stop asking.
If I could taste one sip of an answer,
I could break out of this prison for drunks.
I didn't come here of my own accord, and I can't leave that way.
Whoever brought me here will have to take me home.

Location: Down the road from Da-an Park, in the middle of a crowded market that kinda smells like fish.
