The only Orthodox church in Taiwan is Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, in Xindian. Its priest is Fr. Jonah, a heiromonk of Mt. Athos. I believe they have a group in Taizhong (with a reader, but no priest, unless Fr. Jonah visits) but not Tainan. Anyway, check with them:
