Ehe in Taiwan geschlossen, diese wurde beim deutschen Standesamt (mein letzter Wohnort in Deutschland) dokumentiert.
(das war damals wohl die geltende Zustaendigkeits-Regel - mittlerweile ist wohl immer das Berliner Auslands-Standesamt der
Ansprechpartner)
Bin seit Umzug in nach Taiwan in Deutschland abgemeldet.
Geburtsurkunde des Kindes lief dann ueber das Auslands-Standesamt.

Ehe nunmehr seit 1 1/2 nun nach tw Recht beendet, daher nun die Frage, welche Schritte nun erforderlich sind fuer
die Scheidung nach deutschem Recht ...

Hat irgendjemand diesbezueglich "praktische Erfahrung" ?
