Used Bicycle Shops

Postby spyfire27 » 04 Jul 2012, 23:24

Any recommendation for a used bicycle shop in Taipei? I want to buy a cheap so that if I get stolen, I won't have lost too much. I noticed that no one seems to really lock their bike here, are they frequently stolen?

If I were you, I would buy a new bicycle shop with good locks on the doors so you don't get stolen.
The bones got the wrong detail I hoped it would have for you
Safe for a shin bone or even a hand
It's such a lonely ride...

haha

OP: used = stolen (in my book)

A new bicycle can be like 3-4000NTD. Probably throw in a lock for free (not to mention a lifetime of free labour, repairs). If it's cheap, no one will steal it.

You can have my wife's bike. She never used it. Altogether maybe ten times, never in the rain and always kept in the apartment.
But we really want the space now.
I'll give you a special discount cause I think you are funny.
1750NT$
Near Taipei Main Train station

Nonsense!
The bike cost close to 4000 brand new.
It hasn't been used really.
My wife wants 3000 for it, but I put my feet down and offer it for 2500.
I offered to sell it for 1750 here which is not 2000.
My wife will be angry, better I lie.
You can get a new bike for around 2000 at Carrefour but not a Giant.

Anyhow, none of your business.
