What's the going rate for making flashcards for a school?

Postby jdsmith » 09 Sep 2011, 00:03

Yeah so, that is the question. Oddly enough, asked by one of our FTs. She has been queried about making flashcards. What's the going rate?

Yes, I know, why doesn't she ask herself? IDFK. I am just the middleman.

Thanks,

Does she need a lot of them? If it's just for personal use make your own. I have beautiful flashcards for all of the Chinese festivals which I scanned and then laminated. They are far more durable (and cheaper) than the hard paper ones.
You can live here and have a great life and not be the least bit into living the local life. Clowns will try to diss you for it saying you gotta get down with the program, but fuck em, treat this place like a buffet and yous be on a diet. Take what you want and nothing extra, slam those oysters, but leave the bread sticks and dinner rolls behind. - Deuce Dropper

Dude, she doesn't want to buy them. She's been asked to MAKE them for the school. She doesn't know what to charge.

forget materials....just go to google images, search for the pic, paste it on to a word file, format it, throw the hundreds of pics like that onto a mp3, let them deal with printing and laminating. why don't you consider doing it digital, most of your cost will be cut. no paper, laminating, wasting time trimming....

because she's an artist and wants to do them herself, but I will pass on your suggestion. Thanks.
