I was approached by the President of Taipei University here in San Xia this morning. He asked if I had a Masters Degree. I said Ya. He asked me if I would be interested in teaching at the University. I said Na, I'm leaving soon. He told me that he, the University really, was seeking Masters Degree holders to teach on campus. I went on about my walk and sent him an email when I got home, asking him if he was interested in getting people to only teach English Conversation to undergrads, which, admittedly, is not the best job in the world.
This was his response:
Dear JD:
Thanks for your e-mail. As NTPU is striving for the advancement of internationalization, we are trying to get more English native speakers (with at least master's degree) to teach either English or professional fields, preferably business, laws, or liberal arts. I would appreciate if you can introduce your acquaintances living near NTPU's campus. Thanks.

The university sports a brand new Law School and the campus is sweet. It is very easy to get to from the MRT in Yongning, by bus about 15 minutes, and 5 minutes off the exit ramp for YingGe by car. If you live in the area, you know how nice is it here.
If you have a MA/MS or a law degree, throw me a PM and I'll give you his email.
Cheers

. Like foreigners can't get credit cards
. I've seen no evidence of it myself and just assumed that it was specific to Taipei. IMO anyone decent with a relevant Master's can land a teaching job in a uni in Taiwan.
