Vacation Day Rights?

I've been here for a while and I'm working in an Taiwanese electonic company. I have my ARC and the last 6 years I was given vacation at X-Mas time. This year, I was told that as a foreigner, I have no rights to vacation days while I'm working at this job. Is this correct?

What does your contract says? I won't ask your nationality but not many would agree only having Holidays on X-mas.
I presume you are entitled by Taiwanese law to the normal Holidays but the rest - most likely depends of your employer. Which can't be Foxconn here

My contract doesn't mention anything but my boss always let me have at least a week off at X-Mas in the past years as I have to work on all holidays here and during Chinese New Year (he says our customer's from the North America and Europe all work during Taiwanese holidays and Chinese New Year so I have to work). I guess the only days off I'm allowed are Saturdays and Sundays. All my customers are off during X-Mas so not much I can do here. Maybe he is just on a power trip but this has me really thinking about just moving back to the States.

You don't have to go back to the States if you are happy here.
Just change to another company - where you are treated as majority of local AS foreign workers.
Vacation is a human right. Even 14 days unpaid here I read recently.

"as a foreigner, I have no rights to vacation days" = FALSE!

Under the Labor Standards Act, which you are most likely covered under, If you have been working legally for this company for six years, you should have 14 days of paid annual leave. You are also entitled to 14 days of unpaid leave a year. Hope you are getting paid double to work on national holidays. These rules apply to everyone--foreigner or not.

you pay for labor insurance so if you're unhappy about this then consult with them. You aren't entitled to vacation during Christmas but if they make you give up your national holidays (not allowed AFAIK) then it seems that you should be able to make an arrangement for other vacation time.
