There's a Vapiano http://www.vapiano.com/ on the 11th floor of ATT4Fun. I really like their food, not only the pizza but also the pasta and salads. Prices are midrange. The place can get a bit noisy and I'm not that fond of their high tables and chairs but they have some nice outside sitting with great views of the 101 by night. Can be a bit windy though.
The pizzas have a thin crust so if you're looking for the heavy dough kind you might have to keep searching.

Give Zocaa try. Best crust in town imho--thin yet chewy--and lots of combos to choose from.

If you're in Tainan, Willy's has some of the best pizza I've ever had. Check whether it's feta cheese or normal cheese though, we got a surprise last time XD
