What hormones, specifically? If it's any help, contraceptive pills of all kinds are available OTC, and testosterone patches are available for a price (although probably not in Taipei - go somewhere down South). It depends what you're trying to achieve - your best bet would probably be to talk to a psychiatrist first, because he'll most likely have sympathetic contacts.

I have a prescription I brought with me from the States for testosterone. But I can't get refills until I go home and get bloodwork done.
