No, just teach Americans about how they are already free and don't need to obey government statutes.

Its not a communist country, unless you want to subscribe to a communist style government. You can just ignore them you know.

And when an American is locked in jail after following your suggestion that they "don't need to obey government statutes," are you also suggesting that they "can just ignore them you know" from inside their jail cell, because they "are already free"? Or do you have a Plan B for them?

Americans forgot their history. When government crosses the line between being held accountable to its people and being accountable only to itself -- totalitarianism -- it's always for the same reason: expediency in the face of some threat. Totalitarianism is a cancer though which grows unchecked. Before it's over Americans will be running and hiding from government drones patrolling the skies of America ferreting out enemies of the state to be incarcerated without charges and without trials in some domestic Gulagtanamo. What goes around comes around.
The chabuduo stops here.

Well that's when they'll be a revolution. When enough innocent people are locked up. It's getting there quite quickly already. Or you can move abroad and never turn back. I've met a few of those as well.
You have a point when it comes to the new undefinable "terrorism" laws. I still can't believe Americans are dumb enough to allow the wonderfully named "Patriot Act" to even exist. It's simply an act at best that it's anything close to being patriotic.
I think people need to start uprisings more often and actually get some treasonable offenders put away somewhere nice and quiet.
