South African teacher (Johann Schutte) found dead in Taipei

Postby enzo+ » 25 May 2012, 14:55

On TV and on Internet right now:

A male South African teacher, probably in his 40s, was found dead in the basement of a building on Anhe Road Sec 1.
He last entered Taiwan earlier this month and worked as an English teacher at a prominent buxiban. He had been dead for a considerable time, it was not a murder, and drink might have had something to do with his death.

The original Chinese-language CNA report is at http://www.cna.com.tw/News/aALL/201205250131.aspx.

He was the guy I was asking about non-alcoholic beer for some months back. Looks like he succumbed. I'm so fucking sad now I wanna cry!!!
