Forum rules
1) Please search  before posting. Note that you should also search content-relevant forums (like Food & Drink for those items, and not just WCIF). If there is a content-relevant forum, the thread should be there, not here.

2) Please append your request to an existing thread if you find a stale one, rather than starting a new one.

3) Please post separately  for each search item, not one thread for "olives and sour cream". Two threads, one for each. This makes it much easier for the moderator to merge your thread with an existing one, if any.

Of course, if you still can't find what you're looking for, please do feel free to post, and we'll do our very best to help you find what you need. If you have any trouble using the search function or the forum, please don't hesitate to send a PM (private message) to the Where Can I find...? moderator asking for help. Happy posting!!! :rainbow:

Macbeth Footwear?

Postby melikenaruto » 16 Mar 2012, 21:58

Hey, I'm a new member of the forum. Really awesome community here. I'm about to leave to Taipei (this Sunday in fact) to apply for university and hopefully start by summer :) I know it's early, but I want to get used to the place first; I've only been here for vacation a few times.

I was wondering if anyone knows where to get Macbeth shoes? I've been looking online but I don't think they ship here. The brand logo is shown in my avatar and an example of a shoe in their line up is:

I don't know if it's popular up here but it's pretty popular in Indonesia (if you're wondering why my English is half decent for a person from a third world country, it's because I studied in an international school  ), and its worn by indie/alternative music band members (e.g. Anthony Green). Really love this brand for comfort and design, and I've never seen a Macbeth shop in Taipei before. I'm positive there must be a few people here who know of this brand.

I'm looking for originals, no counterfeits :p

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Well I've asked locals and it didn't ring any bells either. I guess I'll buy them in Indonesia when I go back. Thanks for the replies though.

It's raining again here. I'm rising up like a beautiful bubble to the surface.

A wicked wind whips up the hill, a handful of hopeful words.
I was what you would call seriously strung out.
