So I went to B&Q and several of my local hardware stores, but I cannot find any construction adhesive. Well, I did find some at B&Q, but it was so old it wouldn't come out of the tube...Does anyone know of another place I might try? Maybe somewhere with a little more of a construction supply orientation?
Oh, I should mention that I don't speak Chinese, so I can't really call around...

Suggest taking the glue back, get a refund, and buy another brand.
On a related note, because Te Li Wu is taking the piss by pretending to be B&Q, I strongly recommend taking the piss back by buying tools, using them to complete a job, then returning them for a full refund.

Why the hostility? They were B&Q, previously. Acc. to Wiki, B&Q's parent, Kingfisher, decided to sell its stake in the Taiwan B&Q to raise funds to reduce its debt, and so the Taiwan chain, no longer affiliated with B&Q, had to remove "B&Q" from the signs. I don't see any reason to say they are 'taking the piss' or 'pretending' anything.
