seeds or starts in Taichung

I am hoping to find some vegetable seeds, but the plant shops I have seen have nothing in the vegetable/herb department. Anyone bought seeds/started a garden here?

I've been able to find seeds at Carrefour and especially large $10 stores. Or, for veggies, just harvest some after making yourself a salad
