Taiko drum lessons?

I figure that with all the interest in Japanese culture in Taiwan, there must be somebody in or around the Taipei area who teaches Taiko, but I haven't been able to find anything. I'd love to give it a go. Also, I can't speak Mandarin. Any ideas?
