Background to this request is that I am currently in the states and my fiance will be moving here in the next month or so. However, the wedding will take place in Taiwan as all of her family and friends and many of my relatives are there. I have been to many Taiwanese weddings and my fiance and I have feel that, while we respect Taiwanese style, we would prefer a wedding that is not standard issue Taiwanese (outfit changes, an MC, bold/aggressive color scheme, powerpoint photo slide show, and <insert random hotel banquet room venue>).
We don't know exactly what we want yet, but a good place to start is a planner that is willing to help us find an outdoor venue in Taipei. It would be really great if you could provide a website.
