A quick search revealed this.
Also, you could try the Tiamo retail outlets at Guangfu/Zhongxiao (south of ZH on GF just past the McDonalds), or on Zhongxiao between Yongchun station exits 4 and 2 (south side).

Ikea has something quite similar -- NT$1300 when I bought mine about 4 years ago -- still going strong. Has a mesh plunger for making 'French press' style coffee.
