Hi there
Me and my girlfriend have just moved to Taichung and we were wondering if anyone can give us information on the following
Gyms for me
Tanning salons (those sun bed things) for her
Decent hairdressers who speak English for us both
We live in the north of the city off Chung de road

Tanning stuff? HA! Not in Taiwan, the whiter the better! I really doubt you will find anything like that.
Just google gyms, beitun district I do not use them, but there is one near you. There is also worlds gym in a few locations.
Only hairdresser I know charges between 125-250 USD a cut, you want his info?

There is a tanning salon in a this little market street called "taichung Xi-men-ding". I'm not sure what it's called, but it's on the right just after you enter the courtyard. Here is the google map location. 24.15269,120.686735 I have no idea what they charge or their hours because I have not used their services.
What can you do to help out animals in Taiwan? Come to our website or contact us for details.
