Well, the one I usually go to to get my regular supplies of whips, chains, latex masks, ball gags, handcuffs and probes is near Exit 2 of Guting MRT Station. Just walk along Roosevelt...you can't miss it.

I'm sure the OP's question is legitimate. Why do some people need to get giggly and adolescent about it?
You can live here and have a great life and not be the least bit into living the local life.
