Using Tapatalk with Forumosa

I have been using Tapatalk (Android) with Forumosa for a while, but since a failed login, I have had to reset and get a new password. Tapatalk asks me for the password, but also tells me I have to pass an additional Captcha to log in, but it doesn't show me the Captcha. Has anyone else had this issue?
