While I was in Taiwan, I went on a cruise to japan from Keelung (Jilong). The line for Taiwan passport holders was super long, however i got to use the foreigner line in which I was the only one there. Special treatment to foreigners? I dunno, but it was nice not to wait 2-3 hours to board a boat.
