Tasering of suicide attemptor

I think this is awesome - by all accounts they saved the guys life with violence! I mean sure he's free to try again another day but maybe he'll decide it wasn't worth it and go on to live a productive life. What the article doesn't say is whether suicide is illegal in Scotland - I know it used to be in England. Maybe he'll do time for the attempt and get a nice new boyfriend with boot black tattoos aswell?

Well if they tasered the person's temples, it could work like ECT and actually ease some of the depression.

You have problems with people who spell words correctly?

Suicide attemptor* one who attempts suicide, see Analysing and aiding decision processes (1983) by Patrick Humphreys, Ola Svenson, Anna Vári, page 178.

Like it's any of your beeswax, Arachno-Boy, but my sources all list "attempter" as correct and flag "attemptor" as erroneous.

Stick to dissecting frogs.

Unless it is a woman, in which case the proper term is "Attemptress".
