DIITO: New Ice Cream Parlor in Tianmu

Run by a fellow German (many people probably remember Tutti Frutti), DIITO opened last Saturday:


You can enjoy delicious artisan-made gelato and sorbet, coffee and cold drinks.
The place is in a nice quiet lane opposite to the Tianmu Sports Park.
There's plenty of parking possibilities for bikes in front of the store.

I went yesterday and can also recommend this.

Getting there from Zhishan shouldn't be difficult, as there are probably lots of buses up Zhongcheng Road from there. Or take one of the free buses from the Mitsukoshi or Takashimaya department stores and then walk.

Alternately, one could go from the Shipai MRT station. Take the Mitsukoshi shuttle or perhaps the R12.

It's in the lane between the 7-Eleven and the greenhouse-like building that houses an expensive hair salon.
