We'll be back the next time we're in Tianmu.

Quesadillas were great too, and I liked the salsas (didn't notice many onions, unlike previous posters). Overall, a thumbs-up from me. I'm happy to pay a little more for decent Mexican food that I don't have to cook and clean up after myself, and I'm glad that there is finally an Eddy's a little closer to our neck of the woods. Good luck in the new location.

Mr Eddy, your restaurant needs to be run more efficiently! I asked our nice waiter to please bring the kids food out first, or please bring the chips and salsa out first because they're little kids, they can't occupy themselves for too long. Unfortunately, I didn't read the sign that said the chips were fried on the spot so took 15 minutes to arrive. Then came the kids' meals. We were there on a Saturday before 6 PM. I just read that you have a high turnover and a small kitchen. But you had quite a few staff around, the restaurant was half full, but they were not efficient. Drinks should come first, followed by appetizers/kids meals. My husband's drink came after his meal.
The food presentation both times we've been has been really, really nice. They looked appetizing, clean, and like a lot of care went into their preparation and presentation. But the system in which food comes out needs to be on the ball and efficient. A party of diners always means the kids' food comes first, even if it's not the norm in Taiwan, you have a western restaurant with western clientele, and plus, it's what I requested twice as I was ordering.
Thanks for reading. I do like eating at your restaurant, next time I will leave the kids at home.

I love the food Eddy produces, but sorry so say, I haven't been back and can see no option of doing so until the front-of-house gets up to scratch.
This is NOT about the food. It is all about the service. Eddy, you HAVE to realize that no matter how good the food is (and it IS good. VERY good, IMO), if your staff are not up to snuff, then the impression of your food is going to suffer. I remember working as a head chef, and I remember HOW much time and HOW many man-hours went into simple front of house staff training.
You HAVE to get those kids working. You HAVE to.
