Eating & Drinking Establishments in Xindian

Postby Damage » 02 Sep 2010, 19:29

I currently live very close to Bobwundaye, and I enjoy being able to pop in there for a beer or two after work or whenever I feel like it.

We're moving to Xindian at the end of this month and I was wondering if there was any place like that there. Something quiet, where I can get a quiet glass of beer and be quiet. I'm moving to San Min Rd. Thanks!

The only Xindian San Min Rd references I can find are in Shanghai. Where are you moving to?

That takes you to an address in Xindian, not Xindian. In any case, there's nowhere that even remotely resembles Bob's there.

Are you TOYING with me? TTTTT TTTTT TTTTT Tian Tian Tian. What the hell is going ON around here?

And yes, Damage will be close (well, reasonably) to the worthy Athula's, who has comfortable red plastic stools on the kurb upon which you can sit, sip 7-11 beer, chew the fat with any number of foreigners who live in the area -- its practically a foreigner ghetto these days. Think Tianmu without the money -- and peruse the giggling xiaojies out for an evening of romance with their boyfriends. And since you're already outside, you don't even need to go outside for a smoke.

I actually bought my first pair of flip flops last week. Mind you they aren't blue and I didn't get them in any local shop. :raspberry:
