Can't sleep straight...

Postby Lili » 30 Oct 2011, 00:15

This is kind of weird, but almost every night I keep dreaming about random things, but mostly about my students.
You know, you hear their badgering voices all day long and then they just follow you home. But its sooooo bad at night.
And also, about every hour I'm waking up/conscious but still sleeping.

My bed is also not exactly perfect for sleeping either. I've got my camping sleep pad under my sheet to save me from the wooden-plank-of-this-Chinese-bed. My pillows also suck.
But I can't do anything right now about the bedding situation.

Any suggestions on how to sleep through the night (minus change the bedding)?
Anyone have this phenomenon of dreaming of your students?

I wanted to be a tourist," Bill Bryson.

Maybe you just need a decent shag?
You can live here and have a great life and not be the least bit into living the local life. And I assume you'd be the first in line to offer your services?

Run 10km after work and see if you have trouble sleeping.

The "body, mind, spirit" concept from the Hellenes. ab is on the money. You probably need more exercise... but not exactly the jp type.

I ran around my neighborhood twice. But how does one do this if you are so tired at the end of the day?
Maybe I should do this in the morning... but my schedule I have to wake up around 7:30am anyway. I'd have get up super early to run and shower (and with my hair that is a task. Can't go to work with wet hair).

I'd rather run at night, but... I'm so tired lol
But seriously... I do need to excersize. Its necessary with all the baozis I keep eating.

Nah, I think sheepskin is more comfortable if you suggest that she sleeps on a rug.

Best to shop around first. Ikea do some good floor furnishings.
The bones got the wrong detail I hoped it would have for you
Safe for a shin bone or even a hand
It's such a lonely ride...
