Oxygen therapy devices

Hello all,

So it seems to be the case now that I may be in need of one of these-- I'm wondering if anyone knows what type of such devices would be ideal for the home? I've been looking at oxygen concentrators and portable oxygen in a can. Only looking to use up to about an hour a day, and considering being on a budget and the availability of these things in Taipei, which would be the ideal selection and/or are there other options I'm overlooking?
