Sleepless in Alishan

Postby Satellite TV » 24 Dec 2004, 03:03

Recently I have found that I'm having very sound sleeps, just lot's less of it.

Perhaps it's the roaring 40's age group, but does anybody else here find that they have trouble sleeping at night.

I find that unless I'm dog tired I can't get to sleep. I'm not into popping pills.... so anybody with some helpful suggestions ?

Anybody else out there find that they can't sleep as long as they used to?
It's such a pleasure living in a world where everyone is in such a hurry to be outraged over someone else’s trivial comments

The moment when you first wake up in the morning is the most wonderful of the twenty-four hours. No matter how weary or dreary you may feel, you possess the certainty that, during the day that lies before you, absolutely anything may happen. And the fact that it practically always doesn't, matters not a jot. The possibility is always there -- MONICA BALDWIN
