Mindfulness has been proven, both experientially and through scientific research, to naturally reduce stress, improve the quality of health and sleep, and transform emotions, habits, and relationships. Join us Sunday evenings for the theory behind mindful living and explore practical, immediate ways in which it can benefit your life.
This is the East West Culture Project's 6th lecture series and will finish off with a bonus half-day retreat. Classes are Sunday evenings, beginning at 7pm and include an open lecture from the Venerable Khenchen Rinpoche, who has been teaching meditation, Buddhism, and Chinese culture across the world for over 30 years.
