You're double dipping. I saw this from you on Facebook too. :raspberry:

Is that against the rules?

It paid off on FB. I caught me a net full of poisson d'Avril over there.

What I found really amusing is that last year, I spoofed that I was getting called to Hollywood and the only poisson I netted was dear old Mumsy. I mean, there is a slim chance of that actually happening, isn't there? Yet folks could more readily believe that I could get called up to the Nuckleheads than make an appearance on Castle. Guess that's pretty telling, not only of my floppish acting career, but LuonGOAAAAALLLL's floppish goaltending. :discodance:

Any bars in Taipei airing the playoff games live?

Canucks games to be specific.

Somewhere was showing the final last year, but I can't remember where or find the posting - it must be buried somewhere on this site. I don't know if they show games from rounds earlier in the playoffs. I use Witopia and then watch the games on my computer through Hockey Night in Canada. You also know that you can listen to Canucks games live at Team 1040, right?

Note that the games start before most bars open!

And Toe LuonGOAL Save, please, enough already with the Luongoal Luongoal Canucks suck Luongoal hello Luongoal in any random post Luongoal. It's getting really Luong-OLD. :2cents:

The Canucks aren't getting bounced in the opening round. That's a bet I wanna take if Toe is willing to put his money where his mouth is. And I'm no Canucks' supporter, just for the record. It's pretty obvious they are a top contender again this year, doesn't matter who starts in net.

Okay, I'll come up with some new names for this go around. But I can't stop the hatin'. It's too much fun watching you guys get all wound up. I treat Yankee fans the same way. It's what makes sports fandom fun for me.

That said, I finally have a new team to support, so I'll try and go a little easier on y'all. And hey, imagine the way you're gonna let me have it if you do finally pull one out of your west end. You'll be able to blast on me for a full year and I'll have to take it. Won't that be fun?

But I ain't too worried about that scenario. I think you know why.

Its all in good fun, ain't it LiA? But if you are really dismayed by my banter, you do have a few options available to avoid my nonsense. But I'd rather you played along. And join in on some of the facebook battles I have with your fellow fans. We have a rioting good time.

kk, what odds are you offering?

I was watching the playoffs in Shanghai last year, a lot of Canadian bars open early and air the games live (Although Versus is terrible, would prefer to have TSN/CBC, oh well). Was hoping Taipei would have something similar so I won't need to watch a crappy pixelated screen that lags every 10 seconds.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe if the Caps win and the Cats lose in regulation in their last game, the Caps will leap to 3rd in the East and face the Devils instead of the Rags.

Of course, the Rags are probably looking to win the President's Trophy and will try to win their last game.
