And now we're likely looking at a Kings-Yotes WCF... Meaning one of LA/PHX is going to the finals.

Didn't see this coming.

NAS/PHX ain't over yet!! I wouldn't rule a team like the Preds out for a second, even down 3-1 in the series.

The Kings are now 8-1 against the top 2 seed in the western conference.

YIkes.

Not sure my heart can take too much more of this.

Looks like it'll be a subway series - NYR vs NJD next. That's too bad - an NYR / PHI series would've been intense.

It's also likely we may see a NYR vs LAK final, which would mean a rematch of the 2004 Stanley Cup series - Tortorella vs Sutter (albeit both with different teams).

The Caps are unlucky to be down 2-3. They could've easily wrapped up this series in 5. I hope they win.

I wouldn't go that far. Then again the Rags could have wrapped it by now too. Every game dead close.

On a somewhat related note, Larry Brooks pretty good article here on shot blocking: http://www.nypost.com/p/sports/rangers/ ... i3tv0Qpz3M

I had another nightmare...PHX/NJD finals....my interest in the third and fourth rounds has been seriously dampened. I hope the caps can shoot through.
If the rangers don't win you are looking at a new low in TV ratings. Regardless there is not much excitement coming our way.

I'm rooting against the Rags and Kings so NHL's TV rating would tank.

Also, Vegas odds don't mean jack all this year. Almost every series up to now has yielded unexpected results.
