I forgot to add something...
In my opinion, if you are going to buy a cheap diamond because the soon to be Mrs. doesnt want to be a walking investment risk...why not just buy a really nice looking CZ or Crystal stone? They are way cheaper, easily replaced, look just as sparkely and pretty, and most can't tell the difference with the naked eye.
Even cheap diamonds are relatively expensive. I say buy the piano or treat her to an extra nice honeymoon.

IMO, if she is happy with it, then thats all that matters.
This is something she will treasure and be proud of.
Make her happy and you will be happy.

I wouldn't.
If that's the only concern, use this escrow company and that should not be an issue at all:
https://www.escrow.com/index.asp
Beware of other escrow companies, though (particularly ones recommended by the seller), as many/most of them are fraudulent. The above company is NOT fraudulent. It is owned by eBay and may be the only 100% trustworthy and legit online escrow company.

Thanks, I've been through the "I'm a cheap bastard" /"Does she really like it?"/"Should I spend more because my mates on Forumosa say so." phase and have yet to make a decision, but TC your comment hit home and I'll certainly think about it if and before we buy.
She looked amazing in her dress today, ivory satin with a long shifon shawl, lovely

How did it get so late so soon?
It's night before it's afternoon.
December is here before it's June.
My goodness how the time has flewn.
How did it get so late so soon?
