I'm planning to tie the knot soon but I don't want to ask her about it since I want to make it a surprise.
Anyone know what documents I need to get married in Taiwan?
I'm Malaysian.
Thanks

As in, "Surprise, honey, I marreid someone else!" ?
I don't know you or your intended, but a surprise wedding is something you need to be trully and goodly sure about before you attempt it. I know it sounds romantic and all, but . . . .
On topic, if you're a furiner, you need to declare yourself single, or show divorce papers. That's about all I'm sure of anymore.
