Hello,
Years ago I got a ticket for driving a scooter without a license. Is this a problem when doing your Taiwan Criminal Background Check for APRC/JFRV? My guess is that it's not, however, driving without a license is a crime, so I'm not sure how the Taiwan government handles that.
Thanks in advance for any help.
