My guess is that you're going to pay a high price for getting this woman out of your life. Just find the fastest way to do it. But your serious lack of judgment is going to exact a price and I think you should accept that fact. Pay the price, move on with your life, and don't doing as obviously ill advised as that again.
Johnny don't be such a hard person. All the OP is doing is the common marriage visa scam to get permanent residency and I do not think too many people here care about that it's only how can he do it without getting into another mess. He certainly doesn't need your advice on how to live his life and your comments on his ability to judge things are uncalled for.
The man has a conscience already.
