what i should do?

Hello everyone! I'm foreign student and study in Taiwan. Last year i got scholarship then i came taiwan to study. But this time i lost my scholarship. It mean this autumn semester I have to pay tuition fee if i continue to study but my university is one of Taiwan universities which have high tuition fee. So that i can't continue to study. :(
My problem 1. i didn't apply other universities for this semester because i really hoped myself to get scholarship.
2. now i can't enroll other university with scholarship. but i can apply next winter semester.
3. if i cancel my university, how can i stay in taiwan to wait next semester?
4. Can i change my viza type only 6monthes?
help me! :bow:
