According to the law, no. But this is an unsettled question on these forums. There are no practical experience nor as far as I know, a direct "ruling" on it.


I have a friend who has a JFRV and teaches in a kindergarten. The FAP have been there and he was told he's fine. The school has had a few FAP MOE visits as it previously had some South Africans without ARC's there in the past.

So it would appear that with the JFRV you are fine with whatever work you do.
