Assuming I work in China, am paid in a third country (and do not pay tax in China), but still have an ARC (and thereby am domiciled in Taiwan) am I liable for tax in Taiwan?
My understanding from reading stuff that I found, was that the ROC views income derived in China liable for tax in Taiwan, if tax has not been paid already in China

If you're traveling overseas, do yourself a favor and bring a pen. You would not believe how many people travel without one, and you need one to fill out the immigration forms. I carry some, but I can’t carry 200.
