I am contemplating returning home to Oz for a 2-3 year period, and will return to Taiwan after that.
My question is - how will the live and work in 6 months, 183 days, 20% thing affect me? The fact I have lived there before etc?
Is there a difference in this matter being a 'posted' expat or locally engaged when it comes to tax issues like this?
