You don't need any W2s. Just fill out the form and send it in.

Okay. So I will just file my 1040 and 2555EZ for the years I've been in Taiwan which is 2003 till now (2011). I will not send any of my Taiwan W2s. Just the 1040 and 2555EZ for each year. Hoping this will make me worry less.
Will this hinder me getting my US passport renewed in the next couple months?

You dont need any proof of income. Just fill out the 2 forms and send them in for each year. Keep the records you have just in case they ask for them later. Also you have to report any foreign bank accounts to the treasury if total agregate amount is over USD10K.

Right, and you should never allow that to happen.

I sent 2003~2011 in yesterday via DHL. Just the 1040 and 2555EZ for each year. I made way under the exception every year and I wish I had 10,000USD in my bank account here. I just have one bank account in Taiwan. I'll wait a month and renew the passport just to make sure they recieve my forms.
