So I got my 2012 refund checks a few months back and the federal + local tax agencies messed up the spelling in my name and now the bank won't let me cash it.
Any ideas on how I can get them to send me a corrected refund check? Both my federal + local refund checks need corrections.

Have you tried calling them and asking them to correct your name and send new ones?

So you don't want to call on the phone? Then send an email or go to the office in person, I guess. What other ways would there be? Facebook maybe?
