I have heard it is possible for companies registered in Hong Kong to have a bank account based in Taiwan (HSBC) linked to the company. Does anyone know if this is definitely possible? If so, and assuming the company has a rep office in Taiwan, would revenue earned from mainland China, paid into the HSBC account in Taiwan be subject to any tax in Taiwan?
